The design concept developed by Mutatio for OXEX centred on creating a sleek, contemporary platform that balances brand clarity with user customisation. The primary objective was to build a digital experience that not only reflects OXEX’s minimalist branding but also gives users the freedom to make the platform feel uniquely theirs.
We crafted a clean, flexible layout that showcases OXEX’s visual identity through refined typography, strategic whitespace, and a focused use of colour—while simultaneously allowing for customisable areas that users can adapt to better resonate with their own clientele.
This dual-purpose design ensures that the site feels both professional and personalised. By maintaining a careful balance between brand presence and user agency, the platform encourages users to engage meaningfully, customise confidently, and foster stronger connections with their audience through the OXEX system.
The visual identity and art direction for OXEX were built around a core principle: creating a seamless fusion between the brand’s minimalist aesthetic and the need for meaningful user customisation. The site design reflects OXEX’s signature look through clean lines, restrained use of colour, and considered whitespace, giving it a premium, polished feel. At the same time, we introduced customisable modules that allowed users to personalise aspects of their ticket booking pages—empowering them to align the experience with their own clientele and brand identity.

OXEX is a youthful, creative, and engaging website whilst ensuring that all the features and needs of the business were showcased and covered. The website has been designed with a modern vibe but sophisticated feel, with the visuals it really gives a full on website showcase of what they can do.
The customer experience for OXEX was designed around two complementary needs: a robust, user-friendly ticket booking system, and a sense of personal ownership for users engaging with the platform.
